About the Role

The Senior Manager, Digital Strategy & Analytics will help drive growth of Kimberly-Clark’s North America Digital Commerce business. Reporting to the Associate Director, the role creates insights and strategies that accelerate digital commerce performance across the portfolio of iconic brands. The position works cross‑functionally with Brand Management, Digital Commerce, Sales and Marketing to identify opportunities and lead strategic projects. • Analyze digital commerce data to uncover growth levers and partner with Customer, Brand, and Marketing teams. • Identify omnichannel assortment opportunities across price points, tiers and pack sizes with Category Management. • Develop pricing and promotional recommendations based on competitive activity and revenue growth management. • Optimize product detail page (PDP) content to boost conversion rates and align with paid‑search strategies. • Conduct sentiment analysis of ratings and reviews to surface SKU performance improvements. • Monitor e‑commerce competitor activity and alert relevant stakeholders. • Collaborate with Brand, Digital Commerce and Customer teams to build capabilities and streamline processes.

What You Bring

Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree (MBA strongly preferred), at least seven years of strategy or business analysis experience—preferably in e‑commerce—and three or more years at a top‑tier consulting firm such as Bain, BCG or McKinsey. Candidates must demonstrate data‑driven decision making, strong business judgment and the ability to influence stakeholders through clear storytelling. Applicants should be authorized to work in the United States, willing to travel up to 10 % and ready to undergo standard pre‑employment screenings.
