About the Role

In this position you will deliver traffic engineering and project management services across transportation planning, transit, safety, and ITS projects for diverse clients, while defining and executing a growth‑focused vision for the TPTO practice. You will cultivate strong client relationships, drive business development, supervise design projects, and ensure quality, timeliness, and profitability. Leading and mentoring a high‑performing team, you will allocate resources wisely and uphold integrity and operational excellence. • Lead business development efforts to win work from new and existing clients. • Provide high-quality service in a profitable manner. • Contribute to the professional development of staff. • Have the autonomy to build and grow your business with full backing of a top‑ranked firm.

What You Bring
