About the Role
The Tender Manager will support all activities in the tender management process, assembling bid packages in collaboration with relevant stakeholders such as business units, vendors, and integrators, while driving internal risk assessment and bid approval in line with company policies. Key duties include taking ownership of the Request for Proposal process, structuring proposals with subject‑matter experts, planning tender milestones, monitoring deadlines, performing risk analyses, reviewing terms and conditions with legal and risk teams, and overseeing the preparation and quality of all bid documentation. The role also requires active participation in the Quality Management System and Health, Safety, and Environment programs, adherence to defined processes, and reporting any safety or QMS nonconformities to supervisors or the Quality Manager. • Support tender management process and compile bid packages with stakeholders. • Lead the Request for Proposal process and structure proposals with experts. • Plan tender milestones and monitor deadlines for approvals and submissions. • Conduct risk analyses and manage internal bid approval procedures. • Review tender terms and coordinate clarifications with legal/risk teams. • Oversee preparation and ensure quality of all bid documentation. • Build cross‑functional networks and participate in QMS/HSE programs. • Report safety or QMS nonconformities to supervisors.

What You Bring
Successful candidates possess an engineering degree, at least five years of tender management experience in the electrical industry, experience with large integrated project bids, contract management and risk assessment skills, and preferably a PMP certification; they demonstrate strong organizational, detail‑oriented, and communication abilities, can lead tender teams, and work proactively with minimal direction. • Hold an engineering degree or equivalent. • Minimum 5 years tender management experience in the electrical industry. • Experience with large integrated project bids (electrical distribution/automation). • Contract management and risk assessment expertise. • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred. • Strong organizational, detail‑oriented, and communication skills. • Proven ability to lead tender teams and meet tight deadlines. • Proactive, action‑oriented work style with minimal supervision.
