About the Role
As a Cleaner at Velociti Services, you will join the frontline associates delivering commercial cleaning services at client locations. The role focuses on standard custodial and janitorial tasks such as mopping, dusting, vacuuming, wiping, and waste removal. • Comply with all safety rules, policies, and procedures. • Perform work assignments collaboratively with team members. • Maintain a clean and organized work area. • Follow all company procedures, policies, and rules. • Take direction from supervisors and respond promptly. • Communicate professionally with leads, supervisors, coworkers, managers, and customers. • Fill in for absent staff during shortages. • Support the shift lead in completing punch‑list items. • Use proper personal protective equipment (PPE). • Utilize reporting systems and respect the work environment. • Instill trust with clients and teammates. • Clean and stock restrooms and breakrooms. • Clean interior windows. • Empty trash and transport to proper disposal areas. • Sweep and mop floors. • Always prioritize safety first. • Build respectful relationships with teammates and guests. • Follow directions from the Cleaning Lead, Supervisor, or Manager. • Coordinate activities with other internal departments. • Participate in team meetings. • Prioritize safety in all actions. • Lift, bend, squat, and stretch to move items. • Climb small to medium flights of stairs multiple times daily. • Provide supplemental short‑term and long‑term disability, hospital indemnity, accident, and critical illness insurance.
