About the Role
• Service products and equipment on assigned projects, ensuring customer satisfaction. • Use hand tools and blueprints/engineering specs to diagnose and repair units. • Identify, analyze, diagnose, and repair systems and products at customer locations. • Perform preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacements, and modifications as needed. • Prepare for on‑site installations by reviewing layouts, gathering materials, and coordinating work. • Inspect and maintain company vehicles, keeping service records and ensuring cleanliness. • Inspect equipment for wear, report findings to customers or Operations Manager. • Complete and file job paperwork, including daily time, progress, and cost data. • Stay current on product specifications, installation, operation, maintenance, and repair. • Provide technical support to customers. • Offer flexibility for overtime, weekends, and travel, including occasional overnight trips.
