About the Role
Core responsibilities cover safety, people leadership, and operational management. The TMSO leads safety compliance, conducts site audits, and holds safety meetings; directly manages and mentors FSRs, maintains an active field presence, and develops customer relationships; and coordinates training, headcount forecasting, and administrative tasks while overseeing financial targets and service performance metrics. The position offers a leadership role to shape and develop a high‑performing technical team, continuous learning in advanced technical systems, direct impact on customer success and business growth through service excellence, a dynamic work environment with diverse technical challenges, and clear career advancement opportunities in technical service management. • Lead safety compliance, conduct FSR site safety audits, hold SIM meetings, and enforce progressive discipline as needed. • Directly manage Field Service Representatives, oversee field operations, maintain active field presence, and develop customer relationships. • Coordinate FSR training and qualification plans, mentor FSRs, manage headcount forecasting, and support employee engagement initiatives. • Liaise with Service Support Teams—including Scheduling, Order Management, Logistics, Technical Support, Engineering, and Sales—to improve service coordination. • Drive KPIs, analyze service delivery weaknesses, and implement improvements to meet service goals. • Manage the Territory P&L, ensure compliance with required training such as SE Essentials and CyberSecurity, and oversee financial targets. • Champion customer satisfaction, conduct root‑cause analysis, and promote adoption of digital tools within the One Services organization. • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external teams. • Proactively monitor team dynamics to prevent conflicts. • Use data to make informed business decisions and show financial acumen. • Influence cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to achieve process improvements.

What You Bring

This role is for a Territory Manager, Services Operations located in New Jersey, and candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to New Jersey. Success in this role requires strong leadership, excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, independent judgment, relationship‑building with internal and external teams, proactive monitoring of team dynamics, strong time‑management and critical‑thinking abilities, data‑driven decision making, financial acumen, and the capacity to influence cross‑functional teams for short‑ and long‑term process improvements. Qualifications include a BA or BS in Business Management or Engineering (or comparable military training), a minimum of five years’ experience in the field service industry with at least two years in a team‑lead or supervisory role, a valid driver’s license with a clean record, technical proficiency, and potentially a required government clearance. • Demonstrate strong written, verbal, and presentation skills. • Exhibit strong time‑management and critical‑thinking abilities. • Hold a BA/BS in Business Management or Engineering (or equivalent military training). • Minimum five years of experience in the field service industry, with at least two years in a lead or supervisory role. • Maintain a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. • Possess technical comprehension/proficiency; additional government clearance may be required.

Benefits
Compensation for this U.S.-based full‑time position ranges from $136,000 to $204,000 per year, including base pay and a short‑term incentive, and is determined by role level, performance, knowledge, skills, experience, and education.
