About the Role
The Assistant Foreman role is critical to the successful and profitable delivery of projects. The position provides hands‑on support, ensures safety compliance, and coordinates closely with project leadership to meet timelines and client expectations. Key duties include mobilizing and decommissioning equipment for systems such as pumping, power generation, HVAC, and temporary utilities, as well as assisting in rapid disaster‑response deployments. The foreperson also leads safety assurance, identifies hazards, and implements controls to minimize risk. Coordination with project leads ensures efficient resource allocation and on‑time project completion. • Lead setup and teardown of equipment for pumping, power generation, HVAC, and temporary utility systems. • Participate in rapid deployment for disaster restoration and emergency response missions. • Promote a safe work environment by enforcing company safety policies and conducting hazard assessments. • Collaborate with project leads to track timelines, allocate resources, and ensure on‑time project delivery. • Verify that deployed equipment operates efficiently to achieve profitable outcomes and client satisfaction. • Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics to guide maintenance activities. • Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and internal stakeholders both verbally and in writing. • Maintain eligibility for comprehensive benefits after 30 days of employment, including health, retirement, and paid time off. • Support veteran applicants and encourage service‑member participation in the workforce.

What You Bring
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with technical certifications or engineering education considered a plus. Prior experience with mechanical, maintenance, or construction equipment—particularly bypass pumps, generators, power distribution, and HVAC—along with strong knowledge of hydraulics, electrical interfaces, and blueprint interpretation is required. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills are essential. • Troubleshoot complex mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues using strong analytical skills.

Benefits
The role offers a base pay range of $23.52 to $32.34 hour, dependent on location, education, and experience.
