About the Role

The incumbent assures safe project execution that satisfies the client while adhering to cost, schedule and contractual requirements, and retains bottom-line responsibility for the project’s financial success. They deliver results across financial, HSE, client satisfaction, budget and schedule performance metrics and act as the prime point of contact between client and KBR. In the proposal phase, the manager collaborates closely with Sales, evaluates requirements, may serve as proposal manager, defines the precise scope of work, identifies changes between the proposal and the final contract, and negotiates scope modifications with the client. They plan and continuously revise the project execution plan, coordinate all project personnel—including sub‑contractors, joint‑venture partners, and alliances—and keep both client and company informed of status. • Ensure safe project execution meeting cost, schedule, and contractual requirements. • Deliver financial, HSE, client satisfaction, budget, and schedule performance targets. • Act as the primary liaison between client and KBR. • Maintain compliance with KBR policies, procedures, and systems. • Lead and coordinate all project personnel, sub‑contractors, joint‑ventures, and alliances. • Collaborate with Sales during proposal phase and serve as proposal manager when needed. • Define project scope, manage changes, and negotiate modifications with the client. • Develop and continuously update the project execution plan and keep stakeholders informed. • Lead the project management team to successful project delivery. • Uphold KBR business ethics and Zero Harm culture.

What You Bring

Required qualifications include a minimum of 12 years of relevant project experience, averaging 15 + years with several years at senior project-management level, an undergraduate engineering degree, and preferably a Professional Engineer (P.E.) license. The role demands proven ability to manage EPC projects of up to $500 million and to lead multidisciplinary teams to successful completion. • Minimum 12 years of relevant project experience, averaging 15+ years, including senior project‑management roles. • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Professional Engineer (P.E.) license preferred. • Proven ability to manage EPC projects up to $500 million.
