About the Role
The Senior Project Engineer is responsible for planning, organizing, and managing resources to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to required quality standards. Construction Project Engineers work closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to guarantee that projects are executed according to plan. The role involves monitoring site execution to ensure alignment with drawings, specifications, and standards, and reviewing contractor work statements and methodologies for compliance. The engineer is responsible for all site documentation for assigned work items, anticipates bottlenecks, and provides critical activity reports to the client. They advise contractors on productivity improvements, monitor procurement of materials, equipment, and labour, and support QA/QC and safety teams. Any abnormal developments in progress, safety, quality, or resources are escalated to the project manager. • Monitor site work to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and standards • Review and enforce contractor work statements and methodologies • Maintain all site documentation for assigned work items • Identify and mitigate potential bottlenecks to avoid delays • Provide critical activity reports to the client • Advise contractors on productivity improvements using work‑study techniques • Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and labour according to schedule • Support QA/QC in meeting quality parameters • Assist safety team with job safety analysis and adherence to safety standards • Escalate abnormal developments in progress, safety, quality, or resources to the project manager

What You Bring
Candidates should hold a B.E. in Civil Engineering with 8–12 years of relevant experience and have completed at least one to two commercial projects end‑to‑end, including at least one hotel project. Experience with a Project Management Consultancy is preferred, along with technical awareness of civil, electro‑mechanical, and architectural works. Strong organizational, motivational, detail‑oriented, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential. • B.E. in Civil Engineering with 8–12 years relevant experience • Completed at least one to two full commercial projects, including at least one hotel project • Experience with a Project Management Consultancy preferred • Technical knowledge of civil, electro‑mechanical, and architectural works • Strong organizational, motivational, detail‑oriented, communication, and interpersonal skills
