About the Role
The Technician 1 role performs preventive maintenance and repairs on a diverse fleet that primarily consists of aerial work platforms, construction tools, and, at specialty locations, large generators, pumps, HVAC, and oil‑&‑gas equipment. Technicians ensure safety and minimize downtime while adhering to fast‑paced, priority‑driven work schedules. • Develop new skills for a career track in service or operations management. • Work with a safety‑focused team. • Provide own tools of trade as needed. • Troubleshoot hydraulic systems. • Troubleshoot electrical systems.

What You Bring
The position requires physical activity such as bending, squatting, lifting 50 lb or more, and work both indoors and outdoors.
