About the Role

The successful candidate will support the GWEP Programme Director and WS3 Programme Manager in planning market engagement and evaluating contracting and commercial structures to meet the programme’s strategic objectives. This short‑term (up to three months) role involves leading projects to deliver agreed outcomes within time, cost and quality parameters, providing day‑to‑day management, risk mitigation and change management. • Deliver project plans from inception to completion. • Manage budgets, risks, and quality systems diligently. • Manage teams and stakeholders to achieve KPIs. • Ensure compliance with Mace Way and governance standards. • Drive sustainability, digital innovation, and net zero goals. • Oversee procurement and contract administration. • Promote collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement. • Safety first – champion a safe, diverse, inclusive environment. • Create opportunity – foster continuous improvement and empower people.
