What You Bring
Ventia, a long‑standing partner of the Australian Defence Force, is seeking a Food and Beverage Service Attendant to support hospitality and catering services in Darwin, NT. The role involves serving military personnel during messes and delivering outstanding service across shifts. Applicants should have experience in hospitality and catering, with RSA certification considered advantageous. Prior experience in high‑volume food and beverage environments, knowledge of Food Safety Standards, and a current Australian driver’s licence are also beneficial. Candidates must be Australian citizens, able to obtain a Defence Security Clearance and undergo an Australian Federal Police check. • Hold hospitality or catering experience; RSA certification advantageous • Possess knowledge of Food Safety Standards and relevant legislation • Hold a current Australian driver’s licence (advantageous) • Be an Australian citizen eligible for Defence Security Clearance and AFP check
