About the Role

Under the direct supervision of the Pod Team Manager, you will receive and schedule customer service calls, manage the schedules of assigned technicians and mechanics, and ensure that preventative maintenance is completed on time while aligning with monthly forecasting goals. You will debrief technicians daily, resolve concerns quickly, assess job completion, and collaborate with billing and support coordinators to advance completed jobs through the business process. This includes coordinating labor to customer needs, communicating action plans, following up on expectations, and keeping customer account information up to date in NxGen. • Receive and schedule customer service calls, managing technician and mechanic schedules. • Ensure schedules support timely preventative maintenance and meet monthly forecasting goals. • Daily debrief technicians/mechanics, resolve concerns, and assess job completion. • Coordinate with billing and support coordinators to move completed jobs through business processes. • Align labor to customer service needs, communicate action plans, and follow up on customer expectations. • Maintain up‑to‑date customer account information in NxGen and handle parts ordering, PO creation, and service quotes. • Participate in weekly planning/scheduling meetings and monitor time‑and‑expense reporting.

What You Bring

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and two to five years of service‑industry experience in operations or scheduling. Strong organizational, detail‑oriented, and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize based on financial impact, and influence diverse teams. An associate degree and familiarity with project accounting or costing principles are preferred. • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; 2–5 years of service industry scheduling or operations experience. • Strong organizational, attention‑to‑detail, and interpersonal communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize based on financial impact, and influence diverse teams. • Associate degree preferred; experience with project accounting or costing principles desired.
