About the Role

• Review new project proposals/remits and develop realistic resource plans for programme delivery. • Identify resourcing requirements and liaise with planning functions to resolve issues. • Provide day‑to‑day reporting support on plans, costs, safety, environment and performance to Programme and Project Managers. • Ensure data entered into cost and performance systems meets required standards. • Manage production of the Investment Plan and ensure compliance with the Investment Competence Framework. • Perform, monitor, and review planning and scheduling, including schedule development, control and analysis.

What You Bring

The role is for a Project Controls Manager in the Infrastructure division, supporting a major London‑based airport and a portfolio of high‑value projects. Candidates should have an aviation or airport background and a proven record of delivering complex programmes in an international airport environment. Key qualifications include experience in planning and scheduling functions such as schedule development, control and analysis, strong oral and written communication, and proficiency with PC operating systems and software like Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office. An intermediate understanding of engineering, procurement, contracts, construction, start‑up processes and construction management is also required. • Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills. • Proficient with PC operating systems and software such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office. • Possess intermediate knowledge of engineering, procurement, contracts, construction and start‑up processes.
