About the Role
• Monitor production KPIs and proactively address gaps in efficiency, downtime, or quality • Supervise daily production activities and ensure team adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards • Coordinate with other departments (Planning, Quality, Maintenance, Materials, Engineering) to ensure smooth production flow • Lead or participate in problem solving efforts using PDCA. • Ensure accurate reporting of production data, timekeeping, and incident reports • Maintain and enforce standard work practices, 5S, and continuous improvement activities • Provide clear direction and support to hourly team members; manage staffing, training, and performance feedback • Conduct daily Tier meetings and participate in Gemba walks to identify and solve issues on the floor • Support implementation of new processes, equipment, or products
