About the Role
Set up, understand and proficiently operate all welding equipment. Troubleshoot various and appropriate machine problems. ID and tag shop orders with the product, retrieve and enter data into the system, and ensure quality and proper documentation on all parts. Maintain components and supplies as required to operate efficiently.

What You Bring
Weld components based on print specifications and perform 5S and continuous improvement activities. Possess working knowledge of weld operations, including MIG and TIG of stainless steel and/or aluminum, and work as part of a team responsible for assembling entire products or components. • Minimum 1 year MIG and TIG welding experience; AWS Weld Certified preferred. • At least 2 years MIG/TIG welding experience and 1 year using blueprints (AWS weld symbols). • High school diploma or GED required. • Basic computer skills and ability to read blueprints and use simple measuring tools. • Physical ability to lift up to 75 lb, stand for eight hours plus, and perform repetitive tasks. • Willingness to work mandatory overtime, including Saturdays, as needed by the business. • Candidates must reside in the immediate Sherman, TX area; no relocation benefit is offered.
