Job Highlights
About the Role
• Manage warehouse team members across multiple locations • Oversee organization and inventory of water‑heater and HVAC equipment, including loading, unloading, and scanning serialized items • Stage products daily and report stock quantities to prevent work stoppages • Assist installation crews with truck inspections and ensure scheduled maintenance • Coordinate paperwork, warranty information, and documentation with the Installation department • Maintain inventory movement and adequate levels through internal and third‑party relationships • Monitor inventory usage and recommend SKU level adjustments • Create purchase orders and match install paperwork with sales files • Produce inventory counts, valuation, and stock‑turn reports as required

What You Bring
• Consistent full‑time hours with overtime opportunities • Warehouse/supply chain experience with prior management background • Strong teamwork, self‑motivation, and communication/negotiation skills • Flexibility, adaptability, and problem‑solving ability in a dynamic environment • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to work under pressure • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Ability to lift/maneuver up to 75 lb with material‑handling equipment • Valid Class 5 driver’s licence
