About the Role
In this role your primary focus is safety and comfort for employees and visitors. You will plan and execute all preparations for meetings, conferences and VIP visits, and oversee mailroom, front‑office and housekeeping functions. You will conduct daily check‑ins around the front office and lobby to uphold high standards, quickly troubleshoot any issues, and contribute ideas to improve facility performance. The position also involves reviewing vendor services and coordinating resolutions to service problems. • Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for employees and visitors. • Plan and execute preparations for meetings, conferences, and VIP visits. • Oversee mailroom, front‑office, and housekeeping operations. • Perform daily front‑office and lobby check‑ins to maintain high standards. • Identify and resolve facility issues promptly. • Provide input to improve overall facility performance. • Review vendor services and coordinate resolution of service issues. • Work on‑site in Hyderabad, Telangana, 48 hours per week.

What You Bring
We are looking for candidates with a graduate degree in any discipline, 5‑7 years of facilities‑management experience, and preferably tertiary qualifications in hotel management, building management or business.
