About the Role
We are hiring an Industrial HVAC Road Mechanic for our Power & HVAC division in Calgary. In this field role you will diagnose, maintain, and repair industrial chillers, high‑tonnage heaters, air handling units, temporary climate‑control systems, and related equipment, working independently to keep customers’ operations running smoothly. • Supporting equipment such as diesel engines, controls, and electrical systems • Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on industrial chillers, boilers, and hydronic systems • Service air handling units, ventilation equipment, and temporary/emergency HVAC units • Troubleshoot complex electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant issues • Conduct preventive maintenance to maximize uptime and safety • Work independently across multiple customer sites as a field technician • Ensure all work complies with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards

What You Bring
• HVAC technician experience with industrial or commercial systems • Knowledge of refrigeration cycles, compressors, VFDs, controls, and high‑tonnage equipment • Trade certification (Journeyperson HVAC/Refrigeration or equivalent) preferred • Strong diagnostic skills in electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant systems • Ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast‑paced field environment • Valid driver’s license and personal hand tools • Experience with diesel‑driven HVAC equipment, power generation, or pumps (asset)
