About the Role

The Assistant Project Manager will lead end‑to‑end delivery of projects, overseeing planning, execution, and close‑out while ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, stakeholder expectations and statutory requirements. The role ensures that all project activities comply with contractual and regulatory standards. In this position you will act as the main liaison between clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams, facilitating clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. You will define project scope, develop budgets, create detailed schedules and allocate resources to build a solid execution framework. Coordination of multidisciplinary teams will be essential to integrate design inputs and execution strategies, while regular project review meetings will address issues, approve deliverables and keep milestones on track. Procurement, contractor onboarding and contract administration will be managed to enable smooth mobilization, and frequent site visits will verify work quality and resolve on‑ground challenges. What You Bring

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, with a master’s in construction management or a related field preferred, and brings more than ten years of experience managing large‑scale, mixed‑use, healthcare or institutional projects within a PMC, developer or consulting environment. A strong grasp of project planning, cost control, contract administration, construction methodologies and regulatory compliance is required, along with proficiency in project management software such as MSP or Primavera and MIS/reporting tools.
