About the Role
Property Managers work independently across multiple locations, assessing customers’ storage needs, recommending packing and moving supplies, inspecting units, auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and handling payment reminders and collection calls. • Assess customer storage needs and recommend packing and moving supplies. • Conduct daily unit inspections to maintain inventory and availability. • Audit cash drawers, make bank deposits, and manage customer payments. • Make reminder and collection calls for overdue accounts. • Lift/move items up to 35 lb; walk outdoors up to 50 % of shift; climb stairs and open large doors. • Perform cleaning and maintenance of interior and exterior areas.

What You Bring
The role requires the ability to lift or move items up to 35 lb, walk around facilities for up to 50 % of the shift, climb stairs, open large doors, and perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping interior areas, and maintaining exterior grounds and curb appeal. Candidates should have customer‑service sales experience in retail, restaurant, fast‑food, or similar service‑based environments and possess a valid driver’s license with their own vehicle; mileage reimbursement is provided for travel between sites. • Prior experience in customer‑service sales (retail, restaurant, fast‑food, etc.).
