About the Role

• Attend the community daily and respond promptly to resident and management work orders for common areas, buildings, and units. • Perform corrective, preventative, routine, emergency and cosmetic repairs, including swimming‑pool maintenance with accurate chemical logs. • Assist with scheduling and execution of turn‑around (make‑ready) events and maintain clean exterior grounds, breezeways, and common spaces. • Conduct daily inspections of grounds, buildings, and amenities to identify and remediate hazardous conditions. • Keep the maintenance shop organized, stocked, and compliant with OSHA and Asset Living policies, including hazard‑communication and safety programs. • Record service requests, EPA/OSHA compliance, preventative‑maintenance activities, and make‑ready status accurately. • Provide excellent customer service, monitor request turnaround times, and uphold community policies and resident relations. • Participate in on‑call emergency coverage and report any violations of community rules. • Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.

What You Bring

• Possess a high‑school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing and OSHA regulations. • Meet physical demands such as climbing ladders, lifting 100+ lb objects, working in confined spaces, and operating power tools and vehicles; availability for overtime, weekends, and night‑on‑call emergencies. • Have reliable transportation to meet emergency on‑call requirements.
