About the Role

Inspect electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures for compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations. Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and components within facilities (lighting, power distribution, control panels, HVAC controls, motors, etc.). Assist with planning and coordinating electrical upgrades and projects. Ensure safe work practices and adherence to company safety policies and OSHA regulations. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams. Collaborate with HVAC, plumbing, and other maintenance personnel to support overall facility operations. Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, parts used, and inspection results. Respond to after-hours emergencies as needed. Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems and equipment to minimize downtime. What You Bring

Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Strong knowledge of NEC, building codes, and electrical safety procedures. Proficient with electrical test equipment, hand tools, and power tools. Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics. High school diploma or GED required; completion of an approved electrical apprenticeship program preferred.
