About the Role
The caretaker will inspect and clean communal areas, ensuring estates remain clean and hazard‑free. Routine tasks include sweeping, mopping, litter picking, cleaning bin areas and conducting health‑and‑safety checks to maintain high standards. • Inspect and clean communal areas, including sweeping, mopping, litter picking and bin maintenance. • Carry out health and safety checks to keep estates hazard‑free. • Travel across Haringey and Enfield with a full UK driver’s licence; operate company vehicles.
