About the Role

In this role you will learn and grow as part of a team that cares about Reliance and its customers. You will assist in the drawing, layout and fabrication of sheet‑metal fittings required for field installations and perform site inspections as needed. The position requires strong communication and problem‑solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction. • Assist in drawing, layout, and fabrication of sheet‑metal fittings for field installations. • Conduct site inspections and provide customer‑focused communication and problem‑solving. • Work a predictable, stable schedule with consistent assignments.

What You Bring

We are looking for candidates with a growth mindset who are dependable, ambitious, and eager to develop with Reliance. Minimum requirements include three years of sheet‑metal shop experience, plasma‑cutter proficiency, a valid Class 5 driver’s licence, and the ability to lift up to 75 lb. Excellent verbal and written communication, good organization, and the ability to work with minimal supervision are also essential. • Bring at least 3 years of sheet‑metal shop experience and plasma‑cutter proficiency. • Demonstrate strong verbal/written communication, organization, and ability to work with minimal supervision. • Meet physical requirements (lift up to 75 lb) and hold a valid Class 5 driver’s licence.
