• Assist resident move‑ins/move‑outs and hang pictures/TVs • Perform room turnovers: drywall repair, painting, carpet cleaning • Maintain community appearance with touch‑up painting, carpet cleaning, light‑bulb replacement • Keep grounds clear of trash and debris • Support Maintenance Director with work orders and tasks

What You Bring
• Utilize basic electrical and plumbing skills • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication abilities • Superior customer service and collaborative professionalism under stress • Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to work independently • Effective troubleshooting and problem‑resolution skills • Ability to read HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and architectural blueprints • Proficient with hand and power tools; capable of basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry tasks
