What You Bring
Cash Construction is seeking a Construction Operations Intern for the Spring 2026 semester in a Co‑Op format. The intern will directly assist the operations team with projects involving project management, procedure development, quality, and special initiatives, applying academic knowledge in a professional setting. Candidates must be currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program in project or construction management or a related field and demonstrate a commitment to health and safety following MasTec’s Zero Injury principles. Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, and professionalism in handling confidential information are also required. • Utilize Microsoft Office and internet applications proficiently. • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program in project or construction management or related field. • Demonstrate strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. • Gain practical experience in construction operations within MasTec’s Clean Energy and Infrastructure group.

Benefits
Compensation is $24 per hour, commensurate with experience, and a housing allowance is provided for students relocating to Austin, TX. The position offers hands‑on experience in construction operations and may be subject to pre‑employment screening, including background checks and drug testing.
