About the Role

The Driver – CDL (B) safely operates a collection truck to provide prompt, courteous, and complete waste removal services. The role also requires ensuring the vehicle complies with the company’s safety standards before each operation. Daily vehicle condition reports are completed to address any defects promptly. Drivers perform thorough pre‑ and post‑operation inspections, checking tire pressure, fluid levels, safety equipment, gauges, and controls. They follow route sheets and maps, operate manual or automatic controls to lift, load, compact, and dispose of waste at designated facilities. Interactions with customers, dispatchers, and coworkers are conducted professionally to maintain timely service. Ongoing monitoring of waste, spill cleanup, vehicle cleanliness, and productivity reporting uphold safety and efficiency standards.

What You Bring

Required qualifications include a Class B (or higher) Commercial Driver’s License with an air‑brakes endorsement.
