About the Role

The Maintenance Supervisor oversees all maintenance operations for a community, working closely with the Community Manager to manage service requests, preventative programs, vendor relationships and staff performance. Responsibilities include daily onsite attendance, inspection of property conditions, inventory control, compliance with EPA/OSHA standards, and on‑call emergency response. The supervisor also fosters a safe work environment and ensures high‑quality service for residents. • Coordinate and schedule resident and management work orders, responding promptly to service requests. • Conduct daily inspections of grounds, buildings and common areas to identify and remediate hazardous conditions. • Manage maintenance supplies inventory while adhering to budget guidelines set by the Community Manager. • Implement and maintain a preventative maintenance program to extend asset life and reduce future repairs. • Ensure compliance with EPA, OSHA, and Fair Housing regulations and promote safe work practices. • Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate maintenance staff, providing coaching and guidance. • Lead on‑call emergency response and oversee unit make‑ready inspections. • Maintain accurate records of service requests, preventative maintenance, and work‑in‑progress. • Meet physical demands of lifting/adjusting 100+ lb objects, working in confined spaces, and operating power tools and vehicles.

What You Bring

• Hold a High School Diploma or equivalent, EPA & CPO certifications (HVAC preferred), and basic computer skills. • Possess reliable transportation to meet on‑call emergency requirements.
