About the Role
The Project Lead will spearhead large design, build, and interior fit‑out projects, taking charge of schedule, cost and quality to ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. The role includes independent management of medium to large fit‑out projects, handling multiple minor projects, and remote oversight, guiding all aspects of project management—from budgeting and procurement to risk mitigation and closeout. • Lead and supervise all phases of large design‑build and interior fit‑out projects, ensuring schedule, cost and quality objectives are met. • Prepare scope of work, cost estimates, budgets, cash‑flow forecasts, work plans, schedules, quality controls and risk identification. • Conduct procurement activities including pre‑qualification, RFP issuance, bid analysis and selection of project delivery resources. • Implement communication plans, facilitate meetings, produce reports and maintain accurate project documentation governance. • Monitor project progress against goals, report status and variances, and develop action plans to address budget or schedule deviations. • Identify and mitigate complex project risks through constructability reviews, contingency planning and risk reduction actions. • Oversee project financials and resource deployment to achieve targeted gross margins. • Mentor and guide junior team members and manage client relationships, gathering periodic feedback.

What You Bring
The candidate should hold a BE or diploma in civil/MEP project management, possess over 15 years of interior fit‑out experience in retail, commercial or F&B sectors, and have strong technical, organizational and communication skills. • Minimum 15 years of interior fit‑out experience in retail, commercial or F&B sectors, preferably with a leading IPC or PM consultancy. • BE or Diploma in Civil/MEP Project Management; strong technical knowledge of civil, electro‑mechanical and architectural works. • Excellent organizational, motivational, communication and interpersonal abilities with keen attention to detail.
