Construction Materials Senior Project Professional (Part-Time)

About the Role

• Review daily reports, collaborate with project teams, resolve technical and administrative issues, and train field staff. • Manage project budgets, prepare invoices and pay applications, and assist with collection efforts. • Prepare and review proposals and change orders; host or attend client project meetings and follow up on reports. • Perform soil classifications and assign laboratory testing. • Mentor junior project managers and support team development, including staffing decisions.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s in Engineering, Earth Sciences, Engineering Technology preferred. • 10 years of construction materials testing experience (or 6‑8 years with a degree). • Valid driver’s license and insurance for company‑owned vehicle. • Strong oral and written communication skills. • Knowledge of heavy‑construction safety practices and procedures. • Understanding of CMT principles and ASTM laboratory standards. • Ability to work effectively with clients, peers, and supervisors.
