About the Role
The Senior Service Technician role focuses on the efficient operation, maintenance and servicing of HVAC systems, acting as a trusted advisor to customers by delivering high‑level service and solutions that address building inefficiencies. Key duties include routine servicing, overhaul, testing and commissioning of HVAC equipment, diagnosing and troubleshooting issues, maintaining accurate service records, and collaborating with team members and clients while adhering to safety standards and identifying upselling opportunities. • Perform routine servicing, maintenance, and inspection of HVAC systems. • Overhaul, repair, and resolve malfunctions in HVAC equipment. • Conduct testing and commissioning of newly installed or repaired systems. • Diagnose problems, troubleshoot issues, and recommend solutions. • Maintain accurate service reports, equipment status, and maintenance schedules. • Communicate effectively with clients and collaborate with team members. • Follow safety protocols and industry standards on all tasks. • Provide recommendations and upsell solutions to improve facility efficiency. • Support proposal development for recommended solutions. • Foster an encouraging, collaborative team environment.

What You Bring
Candidates should have a relevant O‑Level/A‑Level/ITE/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical fields, at least one year of HVAC or BAS maintenance experience, the ability to read schematics and write reports, strong local‑language communication skills, and a willingness to travel or be on standby. Fresh graduates with a good attitude are also welcomed. • Hold O‑Level/A‑Level/ITE/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical fields with 1+ year HVAC/BAS experience. • Possess certification or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline. • Ability to read schematics and produce technical reports. • Strong local‑language communication (reading, writing, speaking). • Willingness to travel and be on standby as needed.
