About the Role

• Deliver cost management services throughout project lifecycles across sectors. • Support feasibility studies, procurement strategies, and contract selection with reporting. • Apply value management techniques during early project planning. • Assist in estimating and cost planning to develop final cost plans. • Participate in procurement processes, including tender analysis and contract preparation. • Prepare contract documents and manage variations per contract terms. • Collaborate with Cost Consultants on cost control and financial reporting. • Guide junior team members, support net‑zero carbon initiatives, and build stakeholder relationships.
