About the Role
The Leasing Consultant role focuses on all aspects of leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a property, requiring daily onsite presence, lead generation, tours, lease execution, and ongoing resident support. • Show, lease, and move in prospective residents, including qualifying leads and signing leases • Generate new leads, schedule appointments, conduct tours, and maintain model units • Complete leasing paperwork and assist with lease audits, unit walkthroughs, and turnover processes • Maintain accurate prospect traffic data and respond to leads within 24 hours • Apply sales and marketing strategies to increase traffic, improve closing ratios, and meet leasing goals • Perform administrative tasks and address resident complaints, requests, and satisfaction • Help develop resident retention programs such as events, promotions, and newsletters • Assist with annual marketing plan implementation and ongoing market surveys • Provide excellent customer service, monitor service request response times, and enforce community policies • Ensure consistent resident communication and project a favorable community image • Work overtime, weekends, nights, and in varied environmental conditions as needed

What You Bring
Candidates must have at least a high school diploma, basic computer proficiency, and knowledge of Fair Housing and OSHA regulations. The position involves physical tasks such as climbing ladders, lifting up to 25 lb, and working varying shifts, including overtime and weekends. Compensation ranges from $16.00 to $17.00 per hour and includes a comprehensive benefits package, 401K matching, commissions, bonuses, paid sick days and holidays. • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent and basic computer skills • Understand Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements • Ability to perform on‑site software functions and lift/move objects up to 25 lb
