About the Role

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is tasked with qualifying and routing inbound leads across self‑service and inside‑sales channels, engaging prospects via phone, email, live chat and internal tools such as Slack and Salesforce. Success is measured by the number of product demonstrations booked and completed, with the team consistently achieving or exceeding its monthly targets. On a daily basis the SDR qualifies and routes inbound leads through self‑service and inside‑sales pipelines, spending most of the time communicating with prospects via calls, emails, live‑chat and tools like Slack and Salesforce. The role’s quota focuses on booking and completing product demos, and the current team consistently hits at least 95 % of its targets each month.

The compensation package is on‑target earnings (OTE) of AU$75,000–AU$110,000 inclusive of superannuation, comprising a base salary of AU$50,000–AU$70,000 and commission ranging from AU$25,000–AU$40,000.
