About the Role
The Restoration Supervisor works as part of a team to perform emergency services and contents restoration while following company policies and procedures for remediation. The role requires strict adherence to EPA, OSHA, and local safety and hazardous materials regulations, and the individual must be available for after‑hours and weekend emergency response. • Restore residential and commercial properties by bringing the affected areas to dry standard in a timely and efficient manner • Monitor and document temperature and humidity readings from job sites • Set up emergency services equipment, preparing contents for storage and lifting items into storage • Regularly set up containment areas and drying chambers • Clean, HEPA vacuum, and disinfect contaminated contents and work areas • Complete job site documentation, including moisture maps, field logs, and photo and video documentation • Follow applicable safety rules, regulations, guidelines, policies and site‑specific safety plans when performing cleanup activities and donning protective gear • Operate routinely used tools and equipment • Perform routine inspection and preventative maintenance on assigned equipment • Perform work at high elevations such as from a ladder and scaffolding

What You Bring
Technical skills include the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals, as well as to compute rates, ratios, and percentages. Strong communication skills are required, including the ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; to write routine reports and correspondence; and to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees. The work environment is typically dirty, dusty, and noisy, with uneven surfaces that may contain hazardous or potentially hazardous substances, and it is subject to inclement or extreme weather conditions. Employees must use personal protective equipment, handle hazardous materials, travel frequently, and reasonable accommodations are available for individuals with disabilities. Physical demands include maintaining good health to meet OSHA HAZWOPER medical clearance and drug screening, wearing full and half‑face respirators, working in confined spaces, and regularly lifting and carrying 50+ pounds. • High school diploma or equivalent • Valid driver's license with a clear driving record • 2–4 years of construction and restoration experience, specifically water/fire damage jobs, environmental experience, and hazardous waste • IICRC Water Restoration certification (preferred) • Heavy equipment operation and maintenance experience (preferred) • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to follow directions • Good communication skills and commitment to company safety policy • Legal eligibility to work in the United States • Bilingual English/Spanish (encouraged but not required)
