About the Role

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for maintaining receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations, controlling inventory, maintaining the warehouse’s physical condition, operating equipment, loading and logging materials, preparing jobs, cleaning trucks, delivering materials, and performing other assigned duties. • Maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing policies and procedures • Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts • Plan and implement new warehouse design layouts, inspect equipment, and issue work orders for repairs or replacements • Operate warehouse equipment, including forklift, to place products and materials correctly • Load and log materials onto trucks and note returned items • Prepare jobs and materials for all crews • Clean trucks inside and out • Deliver material and transport employees to job sites

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a valid driver’s license, have 1‑2 years of warehouse experience, be able to lift 50 lb regularly, follow safe warehouse practices, be willing to deliver products daily, possess forklift experience, and have knowledge of home remodeling products or construction materials (a plus). • Valid driver's license required • 1‑2 years of warehouse experience required • Ability to lift 50 lb regularly • Knowledge of safe warehouse practices • Willingness to deliver product between offices daily • Forklift experience required • Knowledge of home remodeling products or construction materials is a plus
