About the Role

The primary responsibility of the Cook is to prepare high‑quality, tasty food for residents and guests, ensuring that presentation enhances the dining experience. • Comply with the Company Drug‑Free Workplace policy. • Prepare delicious, colorful, well‑presented meals consistent with recipes, budgets, and local tastes. • Supervise kitchen operations under the Dining Services Director and Chef/Lead Cook. • Ensure proper washing of dishes, cookware, flatware, and utensils; maintain kitchen equipment. • Monitor water temperatures and chemical levels to prevent foodborne illness. • Approach residents and staff in a friendly, service‑oriented manner.
