About the Role

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of renewals, maintenance, sealing and surfacing projects • Develop project methodologies, schedules, budgets and procurement strategies • Manage site activities to meet program, cost, quality and safety targets • Oversee subcontractors and suppliers to ensure value for money and quality • Monitor forecasts, costs, margins and month‑end financial performance • Administer contractual obligations, variations, claims and reporting • Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, suppliers and internal teams • Coach and develop Contract Engineers, cadets and site teams • Promote a Zero Harm, quality and environmental culture across projects

The role is for an experienced Project Manager based in Kaipara, leading civil maintenance and construction projects while supporting the Contract Manager and championing a Zero Harm culture.
