About the Role
The project enters the delivery phase in Q1 2026, with Mace providing project management, commercial management and site supervision support. The role acts as the Mace project lead, working closely with the client lead to manage relationships and facilitate successful delivery. • Manage health and safety regulatory compliance. • Foster inclusive teams and wellbeing. • Provide strategic leadership for key commissions. • Govern budgets, ethics and compliance. • Shape sustainable business strategy. • Develop talent through mentoring and networks. • Uphold a safety‑first mindset, ensuring staff go home safe and well. • Create opportunities for people to excel through continuous improvement.

What You Bring
• Own executive and client relationships. • Hold chartered membership or equivalent professional development. • Possess 15+ years of infrastructure delivery across the full RIBA lifecycle. • Have NEC4 ECC accreditation and SC eligibility. • Demonstrate proven leadership in infrastructure or transport sector project delivery. • Show extensive experience delivering projects and programmes in the infrastructure or transport sector.
