About the Role

The Business Office Coordinator oversees general office activities for the apartment community, acting as the primary point of contact for residents and families. This role involves handling inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting social and recreational programs to enhance the resident experience. • Serve as first point of contact for residents, resolve or refer inquiries (25%). • Prepare service requests, coordinate with contractors, and assist with move‑in/out inspections (10%). • Apply leasing policies, manage lease renewals, act as liaison, and address legal property issues (10%). • Ensure compliance with company policies, laws, and affordable housing programs (5%). • Manage monthly social events within budget, act as social media ambassador, and handle resident experience surveys and inquiries (20%). • Perform administrative duties including answering calls, typing, correspondence, scheduling, mail handling, file maintenance, and managing deposits and contracts (5%). • Drive resident retention and renewals, provide weekly renewal updates, and meet monthly renewal targets (20%). • Oversee front desk and leasing staff, schedule training, and maintain high customer service quality (5%).

What You Bring
