Counter Sales Associate

About the Role

The Counter Sales Associate delivers exceptional customer service to walk‑in, phone and will‑call customers, processes orders, quotes prices and enters orders into the system. They pull orders as needed, communicate product features, benefits and warranty information, and provide technical advice to resolve customer problems. The role also involves upselling related products, informing customers of promotions, and performing other duties as assigned. • Deliver outstanding customer service to walk‑in, phone, and will‑call clients. • Process orders, generate quotes, enter data into the system and retrieve orders as needed. • Explain product features, benefits, warranty policies and provide technical advice. • Upsell related products and promote current product offers.

What You Bring

Preferred candidates have a proven record of excellent customer service, experience with sales‑order software—preferably Oracle—and knowledge of construction and industrial products.
