About the Role
The Land Surveyor will report to the Resident Engineer and Project Manager, joining the design and construction supervision team on major roadway projects. Responsibilities include surveying new highways, interchanges, and upgrading existing roads across Dubai. • Conduct precise land surveys for bridge and underpass projects throughout Dubai. • Use advanced surveying equipment and GPS technology to collect and analyze data. • Prepare detailed survey reports, maps, and plans with specialized software. • Collaborate with engineers and project managers to provide essential survey information. • Ensure compliance with RTA standards and local regulations for all surveying activities. • Perform quality checks and verify accuracy of survey data. • Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment for optimal performance. • Assist in resolving discrepancies related to land boundaries or elevations. • Stay updated on the latest surveying technologies and methodologies.

What You Bring
• Hold a diploma in Surveying, Geomatics, or related field with Licensed Land Surveyor certification. • Bring at least 8 years of land surveying experience, including bridge and underpass projects. • Demonstrate proficiency with advanced equipment, GPS, and specialized software. • Possess knowledge of RTA standards and local surveying regulations. • Preferred experience in the Middle East or UAE/Dubai; RTA pre‑approved.
