About the Role
• Sell Carrier HVAC service portfolio, including agreements, repairs, and modernizations. • Develop and maintain sales territory and account plans. • Present at customer seminars to generate new and existing opportunities. • Promote Carrier’s value proposition aligned with customer objectives. • Use CRM to track interactions, activities, and pipeline. • Attract new customers and grow share with existing accounts. • Identify and pursue service agreement opportunities with prospects and current customers. • Respond to repair opportunities and negotiate renewals as needed. • Build credibility through deep knowledge of Carrier products and solutions. • Cultivate and sustain strong customer relationships. • Articulate how Carrier offerings meet customer needs and buying stage. • Prioritize high‑value opportunities and respond promptly to customer requirements. • Consistently achieve sales metrics and annual targets.

What You Bring
The Commercial Service Account Manager will pursue service agreements, quick‑turn projects, and large modernization opportunities to keep customers operating effectively. Success in this role requires strong relationship‑building, outstanding customer service, and the ability to work cross‑functionally while assessing both immediate and future customer needs. • Minimum 2 + years experience in HVAC service and commercial sales. • High school diploma or GED; able to lift 20 lb, climb ladders, and work on roofs. • Ability to pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) check. • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree and strong technical proficiency with Microsoft software. • Outstanding sales, negotiation, time‑management, and organizational skills. • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation abilities. • Proven ability to sell directly to end‑users and sell service agreements. • Demonstrated cross‑selling and upselling within an existing customer base. • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, team‑oriented environment. • Self‑motivated with capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Experience identifying opportunities for preventative repair or upgrade packages.
