About the Role

The Manufacturing Trainer will facilitate training for production employees on various shifts, ensuring the team has the knowledge and skills to work safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This role may require working on second or third shifts as needed. In this position you will deliver hands‑on training for new hires and current employees on essential manufacturing processes, demonstrate proper use of equipment and machinery, and reinforce safety and ergonomic procedures. You will also coach and mentor individuals, evaluate their skills through practical assessments, collaborate with supervisors to identify training needs, and maintain accurate training records. • Facilitate hands‑on training for new hires and existing production staff across shifts. • Demonstrate proper equipment usage and enforce standard operating procedures. • Conduct safety and ergonomic trainings to ensure compliance with company standards. • Coach and mentor employees one‑on‑one, providing feedback and performance support. • Evaluate employee skills through practical assessments and observations. • Collaborate with supervisors and managers to identify training gaps and develop solutions. • Maintain accurate training records and documentation of employee progress.

What You Bring

Candidates should have an Associate’s degree or relevant experience in education, engineering, or a related field, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred, and at least one year of experience training, leading, or mentoring individuals. Prior experience in a manufacturing environment, powder coating, Tulip MES, and curriculum development is highly valued, along with strong communication, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills. • Hold an Associate’s degree or equivalent experience; Bachelor’s degree preferred. • Possess at least one year of experience in training, leading, or mentoring individuals. • Bring manufacturing or production experience, with preferred powder‑coating and Tulip MES knowledge. • Demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.

The compensation range for this role is $26.10 to $48.50 per hour, with pay based on knowledge, skills, experience, and performance, and may include annual incentives.
