About the Role
• Assist the Office Manager to ensure smooth office operations. • Maintain conference room calendars and schedule appointments and virtual meetings. • Coordinate shipments, mail, and manage office supply and snack inventory. • Greet clients, visitors, and vendors, providing refreshments as needed. • Track corporate card charges and process monthly expense reports for multiple team members. • Support new‑hire onboarding, setting up desks, phones, computers, and handling I‑9 processing. • Organize office meals and help plan internal and external events. • Perform facilities and technology troubleshooting and resolve related issues. • Handle ad‑hoc errands for the Office Manager and executives, including occasional overtime. • Manage complex calendars and expenses for multiple team members.

What You Bring
This full‑time, in‑person role is based in the San Francisco office and supports daily operations as an Administrative Assistant. The position requires strong teamwork, interaction with internal staff, clients, and vendors, and the ability to manage a fast‑paced environment. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree (preferred) and 1–2+ years of corporate administrative experience, along with high attention to detail, confidentiality, and strong organizational skills. Compensation ranges from $70,000 to $75,000 annually, and the role is classified as entry‑level. • Utilize MS Office, Teams, Zoom; familiar with Apple devices; Concur experience a plus. • Demonstrate high attention to detail, confidentiality, and a process‑improvement mindset.
