About the Role

In this role you will be responsible for taking DEWALT into the outdoor market for the EMEA ANZ region. You will design and execute brand strategies that elevate the brand, connect with new audiences and drive growth. Key duties include leading integrated marketing campaigns, managing go‑to‑market launches for new products, creating campaign assets across all channels, and ensuring brand consistency. You will also activate channels by working with Shopper Marketing, analyse performance data to optimise ROI, and collaborate with internal teams and agency partners. • Develop and execute high‑impact brand strategies for DEWALT in the outdoor market across EMEA ANZ. • Lead integrated multi‑channel marketing campaigns and manage product go‑to‑market launches. • Create and oversee campaign assets, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. • Activate sales channels by collaborating with Shopper Marketing and integrating online and in‑store experiences. • Analyse market data and campaign performance to optimise ROI and inform future content. • Coordinate with internal teams and agency partners to deliver consistent, best‑in‑class creative.

The Outdoor Brand Manager role for DEWALT is a virtual position that requires frequent travel across Europe. You will join a global team of roughly 48,000 professionals who manage well‑known brands such as DEWALT, BLACK+DECKER, CRAFTSMAN, STANLEY and more. The ideal candidate has proven experience in brand management or marketing, preferably within the outdoor sector, and a relevant degree. You must be able to plan and execute multi‑channel B2B and B2C campaigns, think strategically, manage complex projects, communicate effectively and handle pressure. Frequent travel across Europe is required, along with fluency in English and a valid driver’s licence.
