About the Role
• Manage and organize owned equipment, storage, and tooling. • Plan and schedule equipment with internal teams, equipment solutions groups, and third‑party vendors. • Oversee large inventory management. • Perform financial forecasting and budgeting for equipment resources. • Manage rental software contracts. • Coordinate equipment logistics planning. • Maintain vendor relations. • Implement 5S strategies to improve warehouse and yard efficiencies. • Lead departmental initiatives, including development, training, and support. • Supervise a team of craft and non‑craft members. • Promote innovation by encouraging new process development. • Perform interior and exterior responsibilities as required.

Benefits
The base salary for this role ranges from $114,700 to $172,100, with higher ranges for certain locations such as Denver, Chicago, Seattle, Portland, and Washington, D.C.
