About the Role

The Field Brand Ambassador role involves engaging potential customers through direct, in‑person outreach in retail settings and local events. Ambassadors introduce the company’s remodeling services and special offers, generate interest, and schedule free in‑home product demonstrations without the pressure of selling. This position serves as a stepping stone toward a career in sales management or advanced sales roles.

What You Bring

Candidates need not have prior experience, as the company provides training for self‑motivated, outgoing individuals who thrive on human interaction. Physical requirements include the ability to stand and walk for extended periods (six to eight or more hours per day), work outdoors in varying weather conditions, and perform tasks such as stooping, bending, and reaching during promotional activities.
