About the Role
In this position you will partner closely with Learning & Development, HR, IT, and business leaders to identify learning needs and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. You will leverage a variety of technologies and media to produce high‑quality training content that meets diverse learner preferences. Continuous improvement will be guided by data‑driven insights and analytics. • Integrate AI tools and craft prompts to generate learning content and simulations. • Design and develop engaging e‑learning, instructor‑led, virtual, and blended experiences. • Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to align learning solutions with business objectives. • Produce multimedia assets using authoring platforms (Articulate Storyline, Vyond, Adobe) and AI‑enhanced media production. • Create assessments, analyze effectiveness, and apply data‑driven improvements. • Maintain design documentation to ensure consistency with branding and process standards.

What You Bring
We are seeking a creative, detail‑oriented Instructional Designer to craft immersive learning experiences that support associate success and drive business results. The role emphasizes innovative solutions across multiple modalities, utilizing modern authoring platforms such as Articulate Storyline, Vyond, and other multimedia tools. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related discipline and possess several years of experience developing technical curriculum and SCORM‑compliant e‑learning courses. Strong knowledge of adult learning theories, experiential design, and project management is required, along with excellent communication skills for translating complex subjects into engaging material. The role is primarily sedentary and performed in an office setting, requiring typical computer operation and the ability to lift up to 25 lb. While this description outlines core responsibilities, duties may evolve over time based on business needs. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field. • Minimum 2 years of instructional design or e‑learning development experience. • 3 years of experience developing technical curriculum and SCORM‑compliant courses. • Proficiency with Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, and LMS platforms. • Strong knowledge of adult learning theory, experiential design, and project management. • Excellent verbal and written communication for translating technical content to non‑technical audiences.
